The schedule is as follows:
9.45am – 10.00am Introduction for newcomers
10:15am – 12:30pm Sitting/Walking meditation
12:30pm – 1:00pm Lunch
The monthly meditation is suitable for anyone with little or no meditation experience, so please feel free to bring along any interested friends. See Starting Out for newcomers.
